These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.thebunuelofactory.com (“Website”), operated by Pineda Bunuelo Company LLC, doing business as The Buñuelo Factory (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Website, purchasing products, or engaging in services offered by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

The Company offers regular-sized buñuelos and mini buñuelos. Products are available for retail customers and wholesale clients. Services include wholesale ordering, local pickup, and limited delivery options.

2. Payments

• Retail Customers: Payment is accepted in cash or credit/debit card only. Checks are not accepted.

• Wholesale Clients: Payment is accepted in cash, credit/debit card, or check.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in full only if the product is returned to the Company. If the product is not returned, no refund will be granted.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery is available to wholesale clients within San Antonio for an additional fee.

• Wholesale clients may alternatively pick up their orders.

• Delivery is not available to retail customers.

• Shipping may be arranged if the customer agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs.

• The Company is not responsible for the condition, care, or handling of the product once it leaves the Company’s facility.

5. Wholesale Terms

• Wholesale clients are free to resell the Company’s products.

• Wholesale clients must purchase a minimum of one (1) case of buñuelos per order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for damages, losses, delays, errors, or interruptions in the use of this Website, ordering of products, or delivery services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, with venue proper in Bexar County, Texas.
